Race for Love 2026
Race for Love is back, bigger and better than ever, and we have so many amazing opportunities for you to get involved, in person or virtually.
Whether you are an experienced runner, a novice, or lost a bet with a friend and are now being roped into a 10K, you are very welcome as part of #TEAMSG.
There are hundreds of races around the country that you can take part in, and choose to raise money for the Mariposa International, or you can take part in our virtual runs and even apply for one of the places we have at 6 races across the UK during 2026.
We have places at the following races
- Great Birmingham Run – 3rd May 2026 – 10K
- Great Manchester Run – 31st May 2026 – 10K
- Great Manchester Run – 31st May 2026 – Half Marathon
- The Great North Run – 13th September 2026- Half Marathon
- Windsor Half Marathon – 27th September 2026 – Half Marathon
- The Great South Run – 18th October 2026 – 10 Mile
The charity has secured these places, and are looking for people to fundraise to support the ongoing work of the charity.

Dave is an experienced distance runner, having completed a host of 10K, Half Marathons, Marathons and Ultra-Marathons, and will be happy to guide you to training schedules and provide helpful running tips and so much more.
